euroNAS also offers OEM products – if you use such a product, we would ask you to contact the server manufacturer directly.
In order to be able to offer a high quality support, we ask you to send us the following information:
- License number of the product
- Support file (see “System Administration” – “Events” – “Downloading the Technical Support Support File
- Used hardware
