Hardware RAID Management

Premium Plus supports many hardware RAID Controllers. Depending on model you can read the status, create RAID and create email notifications in case of drive failure.

You can find the list of supported hardware RAID controllers in the book "Hardware Compatibilities"

Connection via Storage Manager (AVAGO/Broadcom/LSI Controller)

Controllers from AVAGO/Broadcom/LSI Controller have integrated Storage manager that enables full management of the controllers.

To enable Storage Manager go to “System Administration” – “Services” and start the LSI Storage Manager Agent

If you go back to the Hardware RAID Management you will now get the possibility to open LSI Storage Manager

Default user is root (password is identical to admin user).

Connection via MaxView (Adaptec Controller)

Click on “Manage” next to the RAID Controller – it will open Adaptec Storage Manager

Default user is root (password is identical to admin user).
